TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • To avail of the service from FABO, the user or customer should provide genuine information related to name, contact number, email ID, and address at the time of booking the service.
  • FABO store in-charge or delivery person has the right to examine or enquire about garment(s) or item(s) existing stain(s), damage(s), and defect(s) before collecting the garment(s) or Item(s). Customers to cooperate with the same.
  • “FABO” will not take any responsibility or liability, if orders or services are directly taken from unauthorized means without placing an order with Us.
  • Users can book an order or service or schedule a pickup on the platform or by calling us on the FABO customer care number.
  • “FABO” is not responsible for the fastness of color or shrinkage of garments or damage & does not guarantee 100% removal of stains.
  • “FABO” cannot be held responsible for the breakage of buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings, or threads-out or other damages.
  • “FABO” cannot be held responsible for delay, loss, or damage to any arising from unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond control.
  • FABO is not responsible for loss of or damage to any valuable or personal or non-cleanable items left in the garment(s)/ item(s) such as money, jewelry, or anything else.
  • FABO will ensure to use all means at its disposal to provide quality service to customer(s).
  • Garment(s)/item(s) shall be delivered on the scheduled date of delivery as per the customer(s) invoice date. However, any delay in delivery due to unforeseen reasons does not entitle the Customer to any compensation or discount.
  • Any exchange of clothes should be reported to FABO customer care within 24 hours of delivery of the order or service.
  • Express and Next day delivery services will be charged at extra cost, these services are not applicable before weekly-offs & public holidays.
  • Removal or fixing of Curtains and other home furnishing items will be charged at extra cost which can be mutually agreed between the customer or delivery person. However, FABO is not responsible for any loss or damage during the removal or installation of curtains and other home furnishing items. 
  • Customer shall take delivery of processed or ready garment(s) or item(s) within 30 days of the Invoice date, failing which FABO is not liable for any loss or damage or quality defects of garment(s) or Item(s). Such garment(s) or Item(s) shall be re-processed at additional cost. Customer(s) shall provide a related order invoice before collecting such garment(s) or item(s) from FABO.
  • Customers are requested to count the clothes at the time of delivery, any shortage should be reported to “FABO” customer care or FABO authorized delivery person at the time of delivery.
  • Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and FABO is not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.
  • In case of any unsatisfied service with the said garment(s) or item(s), the customer may book for re-process up to two (2) times within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of delivery of garment(s) or Item(s). No garment(s) or Item(s) shall be accepted for re-process without the original FABO barcode process tag on the garment(s) or Item(s). failing which FABO is not liable for any loss damage or quality defects of garment(s) or Item(s).
  • In the event of damage to the garment(s)/item(s), the Customer is eligible for a refund of the particular invoice amount subject to the satisfaction of FABO after scrutinizing the photographs, supporting documents, and details provided by the Customer. However, compensate, up to the maximum, ten (10) times the garment or item invoice value or Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), whichever is lesser shall be given to the Customer at the sole discretion of FABO, regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.
  • In case of loss to the garment(s) or item(s) by FABO or FABO authorized delivery person, compensation up to the maximum, of ten (10) times of garment or item Invoice value or Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), whichever is lesser shall be given to the Customer by FABO, regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.
  • All communication will happen via SMS, WhatsApp or platform, So request you to check all the notifications
  • GST/Taxes is additional as per prevailing government rates
  • The price of garment(s) or Item(s) will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending on the complexity of the garments
  • FABO may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
  • The weekly off is on Sunday
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Hyderabad only.
  • By availing service(s), the customer agrees that he/she has thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
